Getting Started With CMAF
At Cadet Martial Arts Fitness we have age specific classes available for all ages 3 years and up, all levels of experience and fitness. Martial arts is one of the best ways to improve; confidence, focus, fitness, control, body tone, strength, flexibilty and coordination. We strive to help our students achieve thier goals - what ever they may be.

Here's How It Works:
1. Come in and try our introductory lesson. "Wear comfortable clothing that you can run, jump, punch, kick have fun in, and don't worry about shoes as we don't wear them during class."
2. We'll evaluate and determine which program your child qualifies for.
3. Once your child qualifies, he or she will train 2x to 3x per week
4. Your child will be evaluated on the weekly basis and advance to higher
training levels as he or she qualifies.
5. We recommend that you commit your child to at least 6 months of
training to set a strong foundation for growth.
When should I come in for class?
Upon enrolling and joining our family, you will be assigned a class schedule.

How do i get to CMAF?
Cadet Martial Arts & Fitness is located at 5301 Harford Road, Baltimore MD 21214, in the corner of Harford Road and Echodale Ave. Next to Rock's Funeral Home and across Papa John's & Royal Farms.
Am I always locked into my same time classes and days?
At Cadet Martial Arts & Fitness we understand that life gets busy and things get in the way, so to make it as easy as possible for you we allow all of our students to mix and match the day or time of their classes. In other words we offer the same class twice a day but at a different time every day of the week. For example if you can't attend your scheduled class at 6:00 pm, you may attend the earlier class at 4:30 pm. Or I you can't attend class that day due to in emergency or another commitment, just make it up the next day! So flexible, and it means that you'll never have to miss your classes.
Can my whole family have a class at the same time?
Yes, we have a number of different options to get the whole family (Mum, Dad and kids of all ages) involved, without multiple trips. We have the option of a family class in which parents train in the same class as their kids and complete part of the class by them-self and the other part all together! Or we have a mixed ages kids class available once a week and many classes run simultaneously but in separate rooms.
